Dubai ‘offers investment opportunities like no other place’

There are great property investment opportunities to be had in Dubai, as it has been said the city is one of the best places in the world for real estate projects.

Chief Executive Officer at Al Barari Mohammad Zaal commented on the property industry in the city, telling Gulf News: “Investors have realised that Dubai is no boom and bust city and currently can offer investment options that other prime locations around the world possibly can’t.”

He stated there has been an increase in the number of people looking for development opportunities, as they can see the investment potential of having real estate in Dubai.

Select Property’s Mark Stott recently gave his predictions on the property industry in Dubai, saying now is a good time to buy real estate there.

“If you choose the right areas, you will see good capital growth and strong rental yields from your property,” he said.
