
Business Development
Working to introduce the roll-out of high-quality products into our core and non core business, the Business Development Team identify emerging territories and markets with sound opportunities to deliver products which generate significant returns for our customers. Carrying out the relevant due diligence and research to ensure a product meets all the criteria, Business Development select a property based on Select Property’s five key principles; ease of purchase, price, desirability, location and credibility of the developer.
Sourcing appropriate partners to support the provision of our services, the Business Development team carefully select developers in which we can work closely with to ensure the delivery of excellent services expected with buying a property from Select Property.
The team also source and contract local service providers to enable the set up of remote offices within certain territories. This enables Select Property to offer its customers an insight into owning a property abroad and the ability to sell to the local market.
Continually opening the doors to new opportunities, businesses and ventures, Business Development constantly look to keep our business at the forefront of the ever changing marketplace.
