As CEO and founder of Select Property, Mark has grown a unique telephone and web-based business which has delivered a turnover of over a billion pounds in 6 years. On leaving school at 18, Mark dived straight into commerce, establishing his first business at 20, Success in the car, leisure and IT industry followed, establishing Select Property (under the brand name Dubai Select) in 2004. Mark was shortlisted as a finalist in the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and National Business Awards Credit Suisse Entrepreneur of the Year.
Adam Price | Managing Director Middle East
Adam graduated in 2004 with a Bsc (Hons) degree in Business Studies and Marketing from Sheffield University and, following a marketing role at Johnson & Johnson, joined the sales team at Select Property in September 2005. Since then, Adam’s success at the company has seen no boundaries. Quickly progressing to sales manager roles in both the UK and Dubai, Adam relocated to Dubai permanently in 2008 where as Dubai Sales Director he was responsible for the entire Dubai sales function.
Adam’s continuous success and clear understanding of the company’s business model resulted in him being promoted to the role of UAE Managing Director in December 2011. He now oversees all Select Property’s activity in Dubai and working with his growing team in Dubai is responsible for driving the business forward across all the GCC countries as well as the CIS.

We look at market prices but more critically at actual transaction prices to ensure our developments are competitively priced.
How exactly do you pay for the property? How flexible are the payment options?
We look to provide multiple solutions to make it easy for our customers to pay for their property including ‘over the build’ payment schedules, non-status lengthy plans offered by the developer or mortgage packages from local banks.
Where exactly is the property situated; is there anything unique about the location? What infrastructure is in place and what facilities are nearby?
