November 10: Horizon Sky wins Bloomberg’s ‘Best Development’ in Turkey
December 10: Select Property was personally selected by the PFA to exclusively become ‘The official overseas property partner to the Professional Footballers’ Association’.
2009
January 09: Select Property launch a new value-added service exclusively to Select Property customers: Select Furniture offers a complete turn-key solution in a range of styles.
March 09: Select Property Ranked 8th in Sunday Times 100 Best Companies and 1st throughout the North West in debut entry into the prestigious Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For list.
June 09: The Point is the first of Select Property’s Dubai developments to complete.
July 09: The Torch becomes the tallest tower on Dubai Marina
November 09: Select Property re-launch new user-centric website, with brand new look, redesign and greater accessibility.
November 09: Launch of dedicated agents portal.
2008
March 2008: Select Property launch their own development, Pacific in Ras Al Khaimah in partnership with Select Group. The first development in Ras Al Khaimah to benefit from the security of an Escrow account
May 2008: Select Property launch new in-house re-sales service exclusively for its customers
June 2008: Select Property’s financial services arm, Select Money is launched
July 2008: Pacific wins Best New development in CNBC Arabian Property Awards
August 2008: Select Property award the largest construction contract to date on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
September 2008: Phase 1 of Horizon Sky Beach Resort completes and properties are handed over to owners.
September 2008: Aquitainia launched at VIP events in London and Dubai.
October 2008: Select Property announced as a finalist in MEN Business of the Year Awards.
2007
January 2007: Launched Horizon Sky, a beachfront resort located on the Aegean Coast of Turkey, complete with private beach, sunbathing jetty and clubhouse.
March 2007: Launched Avalon Residence in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
May 2007: Select Property awarded ‘Best Estate Agency Marketing Online’ by Homes Overseas magazine
September 2007: Launch of secure customer portal ‘myselectproperty.com’, a tool to enable customers to monitor and manage their property portfolio, including tracking payments online, reservations and construction updates.
October 2007: Marrakech is identified as emerging market, Atlas Golf Resort launched.
October 2007: The Point, Dubai, becomes Select Property’s first development to sell out.
November 2007: Launched Botanica, the only private residence on Dubai Marina with a tropical sky garden.
2006
April 2006: Launch of an innovative residential project on Dubai Marina, The Point, comprising 188 properties, and each offering direct marina views.
July 2006: Select Property first awarded the Investor in People award.
July 2006: first Company to introduce Fractional Ownership in Dubai. This enables customers to purchase a property in 2 week increments for a 15 year period, gaining usability to the property and a 1/25 of the total value of the property once sold.
November 2006: First company to pioneer Escrow accounts in Dubai in conjunction with the launch of Bay Central, a luxury residential development located at the heart of Dubai Marina and fully serviced by a internationally renowned hotel brand.
November 2006: One of four finalists of the Fast Growth Business Awards, ‘One to Watch’
September 2006: Dubai Select incorporated into the Select Property Group (Umbrella brand), to reflect its planned expansion into multiple global territories.

April 2005 – First Dubai development launched. The Torch, a landmark 82 storey tower at the mouth of Dubai Marina

March 2004 – This is where it all began. Dubai Select was first established.
