98 Pontoons, service pedestals and gangway bridges are to be built as part of 3 Marinas.
Emmaar properites have announced that Balfour Beatty will construct 98 pontoons, service pedestals and gangway bridges at the Dubai Matina.
Construction has begun and within four months all berthing elements will be in place along the Dubai Marina waterfront.
Owners of vessels including smaller craft are already booking berths on the eastern marina opening later this year. A surge of boating activity in Dubai has lead to a pent up demant for space.
