Dubai rents up 40-50%
Dubai tenants renewing their contracts this autumn are discovering the reality of rent rises with 40-50% common. For example, a one bedroom apartment in The Greens is up from $11,000 to $16,500, and a five-bed Umm Suquiem villa from $30,000 to $44,000. Rising rentals are fuelling investor interest in Dubai.
