Jumeirah Beach residence launch 'The Walk'
The boulevard is called ‘The Walk’ and the idea is “to promote a not-so-common, outdoors get down and walk attiude towards shopping” says developer Estithmaar Realty.
The Entire retail development will offer over 400 outlets including 45 restaurants, located directly on the beachfront.
The DHs 5.2 billion Jumerirah Beach residence is located in the heart of New Dubai along 1.7km of Jumeirah seashore.
