Euro Currency a priority for Bulgaria
Bulgaria and Romania are expected to introduce the Euro currency in 2013/2014. Accepting the Euro as the national currency is among the priorities of Bulgaria and Romania and the two countries are trying to finalize the introductory process for 2013/2014, according to economists.
The Euro is used for payment every day by around 320 million Europeans in 15 countries. This figure will further increase as the population of the Central and East European countries that are preparing to accept the Euro as national currency is around 120 million people.
