Dubai Government Launches HR Strategy
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, the government of Dubai have launched a Human Resources Strategy that will help achieve the government excellence objectives set out in the Dubai Strategic Plan 2015.
The HR Strategy will include a strategic and forward-looking policy with the aim of promoting accountability and a result-based culture. Increasing efficiency and responsiveness will improve customer service, and empower and motivate public sector employees.
The newly launched strategy will help the Dubai government attract a highly motivated workforce so as to become an employer of choice for high-calibre UAE nationals.
