RAK’s Al Hamra Mall to be completed by Q1 2010
Al Hamra Mall in Ras Al Khaimah is expected to be fully operational and with all shops rented out by the first quarter of next year.
Al Hamra Real Estate, who run Al Hamra Village, have announced that the mall’s food court and entertainment zone are being completed, with many of the finishing touches expected to be in place by the end of 2009.
Al Hamra Mall is the first shopping complex in the thriving Jazeera Al Hamra area of Ras Al Khaimah and is set to become a hub for the Ras Al Khaimah community, housing over 100 stores and offering an array of products and services for residents and visitors to the emirate. It will be well supported by neighbouring Al Hamra Village as well as forthcoming developments such as projects on Al Marjan Island.
