Ras Al Khaimah stood out from the crowd at this years Cityscape, according to a recent article for Global Arab Network
The article reported how Ras Al Khaimah’s heightened profile at this year’s event, in spite of the economic uncertainty of recent months, was testament to the emirate’s ambition and “gathering economic momentum”.
In contrast to previous years, the focus of the 2009 event was very much on current projects, giving Ras Al Khaimah plenty to talk about and showcase the impressive progress the emirate had made in the property sector.
RAKIA, Rakeen and Al Hamra Real Estate joined forces to exhibit a portfolio of developments. These included Bab Al Bahr, Rakeen’s inaugural development on Al Marjan Island, where second phase infrastructure work is due to start next month.
This clear display of confidence will provide a boost to property investors in Ras Al Khaimah as well as attracting those looking to make a sound investment in the emerging emirate.
