Spanish Property: Expert advice is to invest early 2010
People considering investing in Spanish property should look to do so in the early part of 2010 in order to capitalise on rising property prices in the country according to a Spanish property expert.
According to an article published by Propertyshowrooms.com, Des Rowson, spokesperson for Spain at the National Association of Estate Agents International (NAEA) advised investment opportunities now existed in Spain for those looking ahead of the game in anticipation of a predicted price increase of around 3% over the course of 2010.
Commenting after the release of NAEA’s predictions for the global property market in 2010, Rowson said:
“If you are thinking of purchasing a property, do so in the early part of 2010.”
Rowson’s comments follow recent findings by property portal Property Abroad that Spain was the most popular for investors in 2009.
