Silverjet, the exclusively British business class only airline, has announced a new daily service between Dubai and London from November 2007. The award-winning airline aims to set new standards in aviation by becoming the first service offering a private terminal experience at both ends of the route.
Silverjet, which currently flies between London and New York, has chosen Dubai as its second international route over other short-listed locations in light of Dubai’s status as one of the world's fastest developing commercial centers and its booming business relationship with the UK.
Air traffic between London and Dubai is growing at 20 per cent year on year and the luxury airline aims to complement increased demand by offering an unrivalled business class. Silverjet will be the only scheduled airline to use the private Executive Terminal at Dubai International Airport for both arrivals and departures.
Passengers will be able to enjoy a luxury lounge environment, chair-side check-in and immigration, dedicated security and a 30 minute check-in.
On board the aircraft, customers will enjoy flat beds, an advanced digital in-flight entertainment system, specially designed menus, a ladies-only toilet and one of the highest ratios of cabin crew to passengers of any commercial airline. A private chauffeur service and valet parking is also available at both airports.
