The Dubai government have chosen Ethos Consultancy, the leading customer service consultancy firm in the Middle East to deliver high quality customer care solutions. The initiative involves the customer service performance measurement of the Dubai Government in the three delivery channels of location, telephone and website.
Launched under the directive of vice-president and prime minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai Shaikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the initiative falls in line with the UAE strategy that lists improvements in the government sector and enhanced customer service as its primary objective.
