Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is getting ready to host an Open Day next week.
The university will hold its first event on Wednesday (July 3rd), followed by other showcases on October 5th, October 30th and November 2nd.
Prospective students can find the same itineraries taking place at each event and they will able to attend talks about course subjects, take tours of the campus and union and learn about scholarships available at LJMU.
There will also be a welcome talk so school-leavers can find out about LJMU and speak to current students to discover more about life at the university and living in Liverpool.
Students can also learn about their student accommodation options at 20-minute talks being held in the Redmonds Building Room between 09:30 and 14:00 BST.
There’s also the opportunity to visit Vita Student’s showcase apartment situated next to LJMU campus throughout the day to see the high quality of these luxury student flats, located in the heart of the city centre.
The unit will give prospective students the chance to see the fully-integrated kitchen, en-suite shower room, designer fittings and durable furniture offered in these apartments. The first of Vita Student’s Liverpool flats will be ready to be move into for the academic year 2013/14, with Vita Student at The Chapel launching in September.
Last Friday (June 21st), The University of Liverpool held its Open Day, an event that proved so popular 16,000 prospective students turned up to look at the higher education establishment.
