Select Property Group has launched a new Vita Student investment opportunity.
Vita Student Glasgow will be Select Property Group brand’s 10th student accommodation investment opportunity following sell-out launches in Liverpool, Manchester, Exeter, Bristol, Southampton, Sheffield and Newcastle.
The brand has a 100% tenancy rate across its existing developments and is now the UK’s leading provider of experience-led student accommodation. The Glasgow residence will represent an evolution of the brand, offering market-leading accommodation informed by expert insight, student feedback and facilitated by the latest architectural advances.
