- The region offers tourists some of the best leisure facilities and the natural beauty of the Hajar Mountains and red, sandy deserts
- As Ras Al Khaimah’s popularity among travellers continues to soar, those looking to secure a luxury holiday property in exclusive areas such as Al Marjan Island should invest now to realise the greatest levels of capital appreciation
For holidaymakers in the UK, it has never been more affordable to sample the outstanding natural beauty of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).
As part of its year-long agreement with the local tourism authority to promote the emirate throughout the travel industry, Royal Brunei Airways and LastMinute.com are working in partnership to offer British tourists package holidays to RAK from as little as £378.
The package includes a two-night stay, with flights from London Heathrow to Dubai.
Adiel Mambara, UK and Ireland Sales Manager for Royal Brunei Airlines, said: “This deal gives us the chance to offer UK travellers affordable, great value access to a year-round resort-style experience, including stays at a number of four-star Hilton hotels.”
It follows the announcement a few weeks ago of a significant expansion to the RAK free trade zone, which is set to continue the growth of the region’s economy. In addition, the major work on the Manar Mall, one of RAK’s biggest leisure facilities, is due to be completed midway through next year.
Before the market becomes overcrowded in line with the growth of the economy, those looking to secure holiday property in exclusive areas of RAK such as Al Marjan Island should secure their property now to realise the best capital appreciation.
